Whanganui Ballet & Dance Academy Facilities

The facilities offered at the WBDA are of an international standard. The main studio, at 15 metres long and 7.5 metres wide, is large, light and airy. Seven metres of mirrors line one wall, while three walls have a combined 22 metres of wooden double barre. The Harlequin Studio floor is specially designed to enhance dance quality and to ensure the safety of our students.
A state of the art stereo and DVD system has been installed, and provision has been made for a live accompanist. All students have access to a large warm dressing room and toilet facilities. Kitchen facilities are also available, as is parking for parents and friends at the rear of the building.
